About Us
Bao Bao House is a Chinese restaurant that specializes in noodles, dumplings, and many other delicious Chinese dishes. We only use the freshest and most traditional ingredients, and we use a home-made method handcrafted to offer the most varied Chinese cuisine in the town. As well as great food, you will also enjoy the atmosphere of the restaurant. We also offer a pre-order online service for your convenience and food on the go.
We now have 2 chain stores: Eugene Store and Springfield Store.

Eugene Store:
Great place for lunch. Very friendly staff. The baos, wonton soup, and steamed dumplings are phenomenal. I can tell when the owners puts their heart into producing delicious food. The dough work on the bao and dumplings, easily able to tell this place is making it by hand. The filling and meat is fresh and tasty. We will be back again. 讚!
This was a great place for lunch across from the framer's market. The staff were very friendly and took care of our every need. The food was great, from wontons to bao, to scallion pancakes. I'd never experienced sour plum juice before, and it was fantastic. Go get a fun, fresh experience when in Eugene or Portland.
Springfield Store:
This was my wife and I's first time here, and we really enjoyed it! We were seated straight away, and given water. As we looked through the menu, we realized we didn't know much about Bao at all. Luckily for us the waitress explained the dishes, as well as showing us pictures. Very helpful.
We got the Shang Hai Pan Fried Bao Zi, and the Xiao Long Bao. Both were very tasty! We also got some sour plum juice, which was incredible! Highly recommend Bao Bao House!
I have never had Chinese soup before, so I took a chance and tried the brisket noodle soup. And let me tell you, I am glad I did. Fantastic noodles and large pieces or brisket in a very meaty broth. Superb!!! I will be back! Prices are very reasonable.
